This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in Cr.No.260/2021 on the file of the Sessions Court Police Station, Tiruchirappalli, for the offences under Section 147, 148, 302, 120B, 149 and 212 of IPC.

2. Since it is a jumped out bail this Court cannot be granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petitioner ought to submit recall application before the concerned Trial Court. On such submission, the Trial Court is directed to consider the same and while considering the same the Trial Court shall take into account the facts of the case.

3. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
