ORDER

The petitioners/Rank not known, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 316, 318 and 353(1) of BNS, in crime No.not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This Court has already granted an interim order directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and cooperate with the investigation.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police had conducted a current paper enquiry, submitted a report, and closed the same. If the defacto complainant is aggrieved, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate authority for obtaining appropriate relief.
