O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to measure and survey the petitionmentioned properties and to issue a separate patta in the name of the petitioner as per the petitioner's patta transfer application No. 2025/0153/15/009253 dated 30.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent submits that the petitioner's application is pending before the respondent and that the same will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a 2/4

direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's patta transfer application dated 30.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Such application shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an inquiry, affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and to all other persons who may be affected by such decision during the course of the inquiry. In the event of any issues pertaining to land disputes, the parties shall approach the competent civil court.
