This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.10(iii) imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.MP.(MD).No. 13044 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1277 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024. 2.Heard Mr.M.Dinesh Hari Sudharsan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned counsel for the respondent.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 03.12.2024, regularly.

4.Learned counsel for the respondent concedes with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2/4

5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both side counsels, condition No.10(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.MP. (MD).No.13044 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1277 of 2024, dated 03.12.2024, is modified as follows:- "Petitioners shall report before the trial Court, once in two months, on first working day of every third month, commencing from January, 2026, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

6.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.

7. Registry is directed to list the main Civil Revision Case after three weeks.
