Heard Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned counsel representing Ms.K.Swathini, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.Though this Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order, dated 04.07.2025, passed in unnumbered A.S.SR.No.7822 of 2024 on the file of Principal District Court, Tirunelveli, by which, the appeal memorandum filed by the petitioners, challenging the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.276 of 1992 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli, dated 21.11.
defects as directed by the first appellate Court and with regard to the allegation of making a false endorsement, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, is also directed to consider and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
3.With the aforesaid directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
