ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Learned Sub Court, Oddanchatram to dispose of the original suit in OS No.407 of 2022 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2. The only point that has been agitated by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the revision petition is aged about 65 years and priority has to be given. A report has been called from the trial court to ascertain the pendency of the cases that are pending before the trial court. A report has been forwarded from the trial court to the Additional Register vide D.No.166/2025 dated 09.12.2025, where a year wise breakup has been given and 569 cases are pending before the concerned Court as on date.

3. In view of the above report, considering the age of the petitioner, the learned Subordinate Judge, Oddanchatram. shall dispose of the OS No.407 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
