After filing proceedings before the District Revenue Officer on 02.08.2023 to cancel the patta issued to respondents 3 to 8 and to restore the patta to its original position, the petitioner seeks the early disposal of those proceedings.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. He has placed on record an inquiry notice issued by the District Revenue Officer for the inquiry on 19.12.2025.

3. By taking note of the above development, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to complete the inquiry and issue a speaking order on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4
