Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry by considering the representation dated 13.11.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, C.S.R.No.437 of 2025 was registered. After enquiry, the same was closed on 24.10.2025 as civil in nature. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
