O R D E R

Pursuant to the final decree in a partition suit (O.S. No.14 of 2012), the petitioner applied for patta transfer in respect of 4 survey numbers. Except for survey No.734/1A1, patta was issued to the petitioner. The present Writ Petition relates to the request for patta for survey No.734/1A1.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a copy of the sketch accompanying the final decree. She submits that the petitioner is entitled to a patta for the green-coloured portion shown therein.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the Tahsildar would consider the petitioner's request and pass orders thereon within three (3) months.

4. Considering the above submissions, this Writ Petition is 2/4

disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to consider the petitioner's request for grant of patta in respect of survey No.734/1A1 by taking into account the final decree in I.A.No.247 of 2014 in O.S.No.14 of 2012. An order shall be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
