By relying on a settlement deed dated 16.03.2012 and patta No. 4271, the petitioner had applied for a survey of 19.26 ares in survey No. 48/6B1B2. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that there is no rival title claim. He also submits that the application was made with the requisite fees on 15.09.2025.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that notice would be issued to owners of relevant adjacent lands and a decision would be taken after considering their objections, if any.

4. The petitioner has submitted both title and revenue records relating to the property. As such, a case is made out to consider the petitioner's application. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for 2/4

a survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be concluded within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
