ORDER

By relying on sale deed dated 09.06.2025 and patta No.4398, the petitioner had applied for the survey of 15.53 ares(38.36 cents) in S.No.292/ 3A2 in Konthagai Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. On the basis of instructions, he submits that the survey is scheduled on 01.12.2025.

3. In view of the above development, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to take further action pursuant to the survey notice issued earlier after also providing an opportunity to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be concluded within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
