The petition has been filed seeking orders to bring on record the petitioners 6 to 8 herein as legal heirs of the deceased 4th petitioner/4th appellant and array them as appellants 6 to 8 in the above second appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that they are not having any objections to allow this petition. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the matter on 16.12.2025.
