This Petition is filed to seeking extension of further time by 9 months to vacate and handover the possession of the subject matter of the property to the respondents/Writ Petitioners in WA(MD) No. 1022/2025, which was dismissed on 01.08.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.Pursuant to the order, dated 29.01.2026, it is now reported by the Petitioner that the fixtures in the defunct petroleum outlet has been removed totally. Hence, the lawful owner is directed to get the vacant possession of the premises in question, after due acknowledgement to the Petitioner. 3/5

4.Recording the above said compliance, this Petition is ordered accordingly.
