Heard both sides.

2. The writ petitioner got married to one Madhanagopal on 27.11.2011. A girl child was born through the wedlock. The petitioner left the matrimonial home. The petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.170 of 2018 and obtained divorce order on 14.06.2019. The petitioner applied to the respondents seeking issuance of certificate declaring her as deserted woman / divorced woman so that she can avail the benefits under the Government Welfare Scheme.

3. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
