By relying on a Will dated 07.05.2021 and the death certificate in respect of the petitioner's father, S.Durai, the petitioner has applied for the grant of patta. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's father and mother executed 4 separate unregistered Wills bequeathing separate assets to each of their four daughters. On the basis of the Will in favour of the petitioner, he submits that the request for patta was made.

3. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that notice would be issued to all the legal heirs of the late Durai and their objections, if any, would be considered before a decision is taken.

4. Considering the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to conduct an inquiry in relation to 2/4
