ORDER

The petitioner complaints of an error in the FMB relating to the street adjoining S.No.152/12C1 in as much as the portion in front of the residential property of the petitioner is shown as having a width of 6 metres while the remaining stretch is recorded correctly as 3.8 metres. After submitting a request for rectification of the FMB, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer would consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for rectification on merits.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's request for rectification of the FMB sketch on merits and dispose of the same after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other person who would be affected by such order. A speaking order shall be issued 2/4
