This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Family Court, Tuticorin to dispose of the I.D.O.P. NO. 285/2024 (Previous number I.D.O.P.No. 260/223 on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu) pending therein within time fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. Considering the fact that the IDOP was originally initiated in the year 2023, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Tuticorin, to dispose of the I.D.O.P.No.285 of 2024 on his file as expeditiously as possible, along with any interlocutory application that is pending with the main IDOP, however not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
