The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 164 days in representing the appal against the judgment and decree, dated 07.12.2023 in A.S.No.3 of 2023 on the file of the Additional District Court (FTC). Tenkasi, confirming the judgment and decree, dated 21.07.2022 in O.S.No.11 of 2020 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tenkasi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also perused the records.

3.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
