ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal revision with liberty to file a quash petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In viewe of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023.
