O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to survey the petitioner's land with the aid of the 4th Respondent and issue separate patta regarding petitioner's land comprised in S.No.372 with an extent of 21 1⁄2 cents vacant site situated at Mandapam, Ramanathapuram Taluk and District, on the basis of survey fee paid Receipt No.2024/0123/27/000357 and issue separate patta in the petitioner's name within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Both parties are present and by considering their arguments, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2/4

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in accordance with the procedure, he has made payment of challan for the purpose of subdivision and separate patta. In support of his claim, he has filed documents.

4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct survey in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the concerned parties, who are interested and issue separate patta on merits, as early as possible.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
