2. The writ petitioner is a contractor. He had carried out certain civil works for the third respondent temple. He wants the bill amount to be settled.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent temple states that the proposal is now pending with the first respondent.

4. The first respondent is directed to pass an order on the proposal submitted by the third respondent within a period of four 2/4

Based on the order to be passed by the first respondent, the payment to be payable to the petitioner shall be settled within a period of four weeks, thereafter. This writ petition stands allowed.
