This Writ Petition Criminal is filed to direct the respondents to grant permission and police protection for conducting the Temple festival in the Arulmighu Pottiyamman of Arulmighu Sivan Kovil Parameshwaran Temple situated at Melakuyilkudi, Nagamalai Pudukkottai Post, Madurai District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the temple festival ended on 28.11.2025.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
