This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to complete the investigation based on the summon dated 17.03.2025 in Na.Ka.No.27/Ma.Ku.B.11/2025 issued by the 2nd respondent, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the enquiry had already been conducted and concluded, and that the parties were directed to approach the appropriate civil Court for appropriate remedy.
