O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd Respondent herein to consider Petitioner's application bearing No. 2025/0105/2024/758624 dated 06.08.2025 seeking separate patta into Petitioner's name in respect of the property in survey No. 101/1A1A1 and in survey No. 101/1B1 situated at Jothilnayakanoor Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Both parties are present and by considering their arguments, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the third respondent to issue separate patta from the joint pattadars. The joint pattadars are not made as respondents.

4. However, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 06.08.2025 on merits and issue 2/4

separate patta in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from today.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
