This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.2/2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID - OCU, Madurai City as against this petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr.S.Ravi, for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Madurai by way of e-filing in No.LTN20240003858C202500009 on 27.11.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, directing the learned Trial Court to take the Final Report on file forthwith, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
