This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2025 within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the 2nd and 3rd respondents on 20.11.2025 for rectification of the extent of the property in the patta. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, undertakes that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a 2/4

direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
