2. Learned counsel and learned Additional Government Pleader took notice on 20.01.2026 for the respective respondents and sought time to file counter. However, till date no counter has been filed by the respondents. Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay.
3. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 56 days and 111 days in filing the above respective writ appeals are condoned.
