This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the property situated in Survey Nos. 186/1B, 208/1B1, 208/1B2 and 208/1B3, situated at Thirukampuliyur Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Krishnarayapuram Sub RD, Karur District to an extent of 5.09 Acres and 2.35 Cents within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Both parties are present and by considering their arguments, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
3. Briefly, the facts of the case are that the petitioner herein succeeded to the property on the basis of civil suit for partition between the family members. The civil Court had initially passed preliminary 2/4
decree and thereafter, had passed the final decree. The said final decree was confirmed by this Court. Patta was also issued for the property, which stands in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is now seeks to survey and demarcation of the land in accordance with the orders of the civil Court regarding partition of the land.
4. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the land of the petitioner in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
