Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the Respondents No. 1 to 4 to pay the Family Pension to the Petitioner based on the Petitioner's Representation dated 05.02.2025 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honble Court and pas such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the the Respondents No. 1 to 4 to pay the Family Pension to the Petitioner based on the Petitioner's Representation dated 05.02.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 05.02.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
