ORDER

By relying on house tax receipts, the petitioner asserts that she has been in possession and enjoyment of 260 sq.ft. in S.No.108/1A at Panai Mettu Street. By representation dated 10.03.2016 and reminder dated 18.11.2025, the petitioner requested for grant of patta. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request would be considered and disposed of on merits within 3 months.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is, however, made clear that this order will not stand in the way of proceedings relating to removal of encroachment by the revenue officials. No costs.
