By relying on the Judgment and Decree in S.A.(MD)No.16 of 2018, the petitioner had applied for survey, subdivision and issuance of patta in respect of S.No.341/7B.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the Tahsildar would consider the application and dispose of the same on merits within three months.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application after taking note of the judgment and decree in S.A.(MD)No.16 of 2018.
