This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to take necessary action against the accused persons based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that an FIR has already been registered in Crime No.329 of 2025 on 27.11.2025. Hence, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition.
