This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 1/4

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 27.11.2025, cost of Rs.3,000/- only imposed on the petitioner, but in the order copy, there is a typographical error made in the order and it is typed as cost of Rs.30,000/-. Hence, he seeks necessary corrections in the said portion.

3. Having considered the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Para 6, Condition No.[b], the cost is modified as Rs. 3,000/-(Rupees Three thousand only) instead of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees Thirthy thousand only).

4. Hence, the Registry is directed to carry out the above said correction and issue fresh order copy. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
