2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is working as Marketing Executive in Nagercoil, he seeks to modify the condition of the lower Court to stay at Madurai and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai daily twice.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari, in Crl.M.P.No.3941 of 2025, dated 07.11.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at evening at 5.30 p.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is unaltered.
