Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to interfere into the Civil Dispute of the petitioner in any manner in guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, C.S.R.No.841 of 2025 was registered. After enquiry, the same was closed on 10.11.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the closure of the complaint, notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with.
