ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.17463 of 2025 dated 13.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 35 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 35 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.17463 of 2025 on 13.10.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.17463 of 2025 on 13.10.2025 is modified as "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, on Mondays, at about 10:30 a.m., until further orders and he shall attend the trial on all hearing dates without fail."
