PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS To relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.(MD).No.8798/2024 in Crl.A(MD).No. 595/2024 dated 12.08.2025.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.(MD).No.8798/2024 in Crl.A(MD).No.595/2024 dated 12.08.2025.

2. This Court while granting bail to the petitioners vide order, dated 12.08.2025 directed him to stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Adukkamparai Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a agriculturist and he has been complying with the condition of this Court 23.08.2025 and he could not earn anything for his livelihood.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition.

5.In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Adukkamparai Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
