Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 16.09.2025 within a time frame stipulated by this Honble court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 16.09.2025.
2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed an appeal against the order of punishment imposed on him, and the same is pending consideration, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 16.09.2025 and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
