ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take action based on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2025 and 18.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the certificate was issued on two occasions with different names-one as Amirthasamy and the other as Jeevanantham Amalanathan. It was further contended that the accused had entered the name Jeevanantham Amalanathan throughout the entire register and subsequently created a new Baptism Certificate. The learned counsel also submitted that such registers are not ordinarily maintained by the Church Father.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the above submissions, if any criminal activity has been committed by the accused, the respondents are directed to take appropriate action against the accused in accordance with law. 2/4

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
