ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The writ petitioner is in occupation of premises belonging to the third respondent / temple. The writ petitioner had been committing default. As a result, the arrears payable to the temple has become a humongous figure. At this stage, this writ petition has been filed challenging the eviction order.
3.I gave opportunity to the writ petitioner to show his bonafides by paying atleast a portion of the liability. The writ petitioner has not done so. In these circumstances, the discretion of this Court will not be 2/4
exercised in favour of the writ petitioner. The eviction proceedings can go on.
