ORDER

On the ground that the petitioners purchased 2400 square feet in T.S.No. 35/1C, whereas the extract from the Town Survey Land register reflects only 1 are, the petitioner had requested for rectification thereof.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the 3rd respondent would consider and dispose of the petitioner's request on merits.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners' request for rectification of the Town Survey Land Register on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioners. No costs.
