Pursuant to the direction of this Court, dated 09.02.2026, the third respondent/defacto complainant has paid the cost of Rs.74,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand only) and he has filed a cost Memo dated 20.02.2026 to that effect and the same is recorded.

2. This Court already allowed this petition by accepting the Joint Compromise Memo, dated 08.01.2026. Thereby, quashing the final report against the petitioner in S.S.C.No.55 of 2022, on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur. In view of the same, the lookout notice issued by the first respondent against the petitioner is directed to be recalled.

3. In view of the Cost Memo dated 20.02.2026, this petition is closed as no further order is required.
