ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to revoke the order of suspension passed by the 1st respondent C.No.A2(1)/2348988/105/2022 R.O.No.135/2022 dated 27.04.2022 as it is a prolonged suspension.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner had been suspended as early as on 27.04.2022, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to review the suspension of the petitioner in consonance with the G.O.Ms.No. 81, Human Resources Management, dated 04.08.2022. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
