This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.146 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation has been completed and the petitioner has been arrayed as A4. He further submitted that the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the Crime on 03.06.2025 and the deletion report has been filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
