ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action to collect the Service Register of the petitioners junior Thiru.P.Somasundaram where it is available and arrange to fix the petitioners pay on par with his junior Thiru.P.Somasundaram and consequently refixation of his pension.
2. The petitioner made his representation as early as in the year 2021 seeking to rectify pay anomaly.
3. It is to be noted that the representation of the petitioner to rectify his pay anomaly has not been considered and the same was evidenced from the letter of the 3rd respondent addressed to the 2nd respondent on 13.08.2025.

4. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to submit report to the first respondent with regard to the petitioner's claim within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such report, the first respondent is directed to consider the report and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
