ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent trustee. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.
2.The case on hand pertains to the pooja rights of the contesting parties, namely, the writ petitioners 1 & 2 and the fourth respondent. The trustee / third respondent herein passed an order dated 17.01.2025. In this writ petition, the said order is challenged. 2/4
3.It is seen that the said order was put to challenge before the Joint Commissioner, HR&CE Department, Sivagangai and modified order has been passed on 10.11.2025. In these circumstances, the order impugned in this writ petition no longer survives. So long as the order dated 10.11.2025 passed by the second respondent is holding the field, it has to be implemented by the third respondent. This direction given by this Court is subject to any challenge that may be mounted by the third respondent or the fourth respondent against the order dated 10.11.2025. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
