By relying on sale deed dated 17.07.1972 in favour of the petitioner and the preceding parent document dated 26.07.1958, the petitioner had applied for subdivision of the property in S.No.28/2 of an extent of 62 cents.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the Tahsildar would consider the petitioner's request and pass orders thereon on merits within three months.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to consider the petitioner's request and pass orders thereon on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
