By relying on natham patta No.34 in the name of the petitioner's late husband, the petitioner had applied for the survey of land in S.No.43/7 of an extent of 1.90 ares.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate(crl.side) accepts notice for the 3rd respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that notice would be issued to owners of relevant adjacent lands, including the 4th respondent, and their objections would be considered before a decision is taken.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the 4th respondent in this writ petition. Instead, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's request for survey 2/4
