ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent herein to revoke the suspension order issued by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2025 and regularize the period of suspension and pay all the monetary and attendant benefits

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner had been suspended as early as on 29.01.2025, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to review the suspension of the petitioner in consonance with the G.O.Ms.No. 81, Human Resources Management, dated 04.08.2022. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
