ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to grant no objection certificate for construction of a bridge over the irrigation channel based on the petitioner's online application dated 11.08.2025.

2. The respondent officials have passed an order on 17.12.2025 rejecting the request of the petitioner citing various reasons.

3. In view of the above said fact, the writ petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 17.12.2025, if he is so advised. No costs.
